Return & Refund Policy

Please tell us by email at return@sounddeadeningshop.co.uk within 14 days after delivery if you would want a refund or return. Please contact us at +44 20 3239 3304. If you receive a broken or inaccurate item, please take a screenshot of the damaged or inaccurate item and send it to us. We’ll send a courier to pick up that stuff from you right away. We are liable for any shipping charges in this situation. We will provide you with a replacement product at no additional cost, and if you decide not to use it, we will refund the entire order price to the customer’s account.

Returns and Refunds in Specific Circumstances:

It must be a brand-new, unopened item. Then, once we receive the merchandise, we’ll ask you about the new product you want to replace the one you ordered. We will seek additional payment if the price of the selected item is higher than the price of the returned product; if the price is lower, we will reimburse the difference in pricing. Please keep in mind that you will have to pay the £7.99 delivery fee again.

Change of decision:

Please tell us via email at returns@sounddeadeningshop.co.uk after 14 days of delivery if you change your mind and no longer require the merchandise. You must return the item to us at the location listed below.

It must be a brand-new, unopened item. We will refund the order charges minus shipping charges (7.99 £) to the card you used to purchase once we get the goods.

Damaged or Faulty Products:

If you receive a defective or inaccurate item, please take a screenshot of it and submit it to us. We are in charge of sending a courier to collect the item from you. We will cover all shipping costs in this case. We will replace the product at no additional cost to you, and if you no longer require it, we will refund the entire order amount, including shipping expenses.

Product, not received:

Please contact us by email at sales@sounddeadeningshop.co.uk if the delivery term (3-5 working days) has elapsed and you have not received your order. Call +44 20 3239 3304 if you like. There could be a variety of reasons for this (for example, the package was lost by the courier). We will credit your card for the full amount of your order, including shipping charges.

Cancellation after order placement:

Please contact us at +44 20 3239 3304 if you placed a purchase on our website by accident and would like to cancel it. As soon as you call, we can easily continue the process. If your order is not dispatched from the warehouse, we will reimburse the total value of your order, minus the shipping charges paid at the time of payment.

If your product has already been shipped, we will refund your payment to your credit card, minus the 7.99 GBP shipping cost that was charged at the time of purchase.

Returns Period:

Refund Customers will most likely receive their refund in 5-7 business days. We will return the entire money to the customer’s credit card once we receive the product back.

Please note that we will return the payment to the customer’s card as soon as we receive the merchandise returned, however, the bank will typically process the refund and credit the card after 5 -7 business days.
